What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website: browsing the pages, reading the blog, and subscribing to the newsletter. They do not cover the AirCapsule application and service at app.aircapsule.io. Signing up for the product, connecting Basecamp, and any subscription, billing, taxes, or refunds are governed by a separate agreement presented to you in the application before you subscribe.
Using the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
- scrape or harvest content or data in a way that burdens the service or infringes our rights;
- misuse the newsletter signup (for example, submitting addresses that are not yours).
The newsletter
Subscribing to the newsletter is optional and based on your consent. We send essays and the occasional product update. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. How we handle the data you provide is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The content on this website: text, essays, blog posts, the AirCapsule name, logo, and brand elements, belongs to Noverai Srl or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may read and share links to it, but you may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our permission. You are welcome to quote short excerpts with attribution and a link.
Links and third-party content
The website may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
“As is”, and limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, for general information. We work to keep it accurate and available but make no guarantees to that effect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noverai Srl is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory protections available to you under the law of your country of residence in the EU/EEA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website evolves. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
